Tebency went to extend my trip till the 16th of Jan 2010. That's 42 days in Sydney/Melbourne.
Had to whittle down my outfits to a mere 31 though (minus beach-coverups), cos I had trouble lifting my baggage. SO SAD.
I don't know how to gauge if it's overweight. 20kg with 3kg allowance. that's more than half my weight. I reason that if Tebency has not much problem piggy-backing me, then I should be easy to handle and I must be feather-light. And therefore, if my Ladybird gives my arms such a workout, then she must be heavy.
Am I making sense?
I need lots of reading material tooooooooo. Books are expensive in Aussieland! PRIORITIES!!!
I just re-packed Ladybird, placing all my basics (4 pairs of shorts; grey navy black and white. Black jeans.) right at the bottom, followed by dresses I love most to not-most-but-still-love-but-am-willing-to-take-out-should-I-be-overweight.
I love racking my brain over this, after a hard day of studying and trying hard not to lapse into frequent naps. And where is the rain?? How come I keep hearing of wet weather but it's so hot here in the city? WHY.
I'm craving a greasy Club Sandwich at Sania's on Bondi. And I resolve to see the big SAMOYED that bency always sees when he goes out for a run. I love big dogs and I love that Aussies love their big dogs.
Don't steal my idea ah, but I'm having a Chow, a black Chow and a Samoyed when bency and I get our own place. Their names will be Mr.Chow the Chinaman, Chin Chow and Chowder respectively (for brown, black and white). And I will spoil them rotten, and give them a room of their own, air-con 24/7, climate crisis be damned for once.
Oh well yes, I'm veering off topic, which I hope I never do for my final paper. WHICH IS TOO SOON TO BE TRUE. yay!!!!
